Contact Us first to request a Return Authorization Code.
In your message please specify:
- Your order number;
- Reason for Return;
- Items you'd like to return;
- Statement that you have read and agreed with our Return Terms and Conditions.
We will issue a Return Authorization Code.
Please note that no Return Authorization Code will be issued without necessary information provided by the customer.
You'll have 14 days to return your order starting from the date Return Authorization Code was issued.
If you have an ACCOUNT with us you may request your return through your account.
In order to do that Log In to your account and choose Request Return, fill in the form and submit your request.
We will not accept unauthorized returns. Sorry, no exceptions.
Pack the product carefully and include your invoice with Return Authorization
Code on the invoice. If you don't have the original invoice please write your order number
and Return Authorization Code on a separate sheet of paper.
Send your item(s) to us by an insures courier and retain the tracking number
for your records. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged while shipping.

After we receive your package, our Quality Assurance department
will verify the condition of the returned product(s). We do our best to protect customers
and make sure that we accept for Return or Exchange ONLY Unopened and unworn items.
We don NOT resell returned merchandise in our store.
A refund or Store credit(for exchanges) will be issued within 10 business days. All refunds will be
issued in the original form of payment.
Returns and exchanges are subject to the following restrictions:
- The item(s) must be in its original condition, unopened, unworn and unaltered in any way.
- The Order Number and a Return Authorization Code must accompany the return item.
- Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Due to the intimate nature of the products, items that have been opened or worn cannot be returned.
- Children items, Special Orders, Items on Sale and Clearance are not returnable. Sorry, no returns or exchange.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
If your order was qualified for a FREE shipping in case of a Return the
shipping charge will be deducted from the Refund or Store credit.
We will refund your postage charges if the return is a result of our error.
- All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 10-20% depending on the item,
exclusive of shipping charges. Exchanges are Not subject to a restocking fee.
- Refused packages are subject to 20% Cancellation fee. Shipping Charges will not be refunded.
- If you'd like to cancel your order before it was processed and packed please contact us
specifying your order number
and it will be canceled for no charge, no questions asked. If your order has been processed and your credit
card charged then 15% cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.
- If Hosieree.com finds the returned merchandise to be in unacceptable condition
for any reasons, Hosieree.com would hold the right to reject the customer's request.
We will notify you first thing if such case occurs. You'll have 14 days to confirm otherwise
returned garment will be discarded and no refund or exchange will be authorized.
