We make every effort to keep our stock full and avoid back-orders and even when you have a back-ordered item in your cart we have some options for you to receive all other in-stock items faster. You can add out-of-stock products in your shopping cart and we will contact you with the estimated availability date. Usually back-ordered items are shipped within 4 weeks; but it might take longer if items are not available from the manufacturer.
If you have back-ordered item in your shopping cart and want to receive all in-stock items right now please check the box "I want my items faster ship them as they become available" in Shipping Preferences during check-out process.
When you choose "group my items into as few shipment as possible" doesn't mean that you'll have to wait until ALL your ordered items will be in-stock. We think it's unreasonable for you to wait more than 2 weeks. That's why if the waiting time for the back-ordered items in your order is longer than 2 weeks we automatically split your order and ship all in-stock items right away and then complete your order as soon as back-ordered items become available. Orders qualified for Free Shipping and outside US destinations a minimal shipping charge on extra shipments may be applied. Inside Continental US, shipping charge for each additional package starts from $2.50. You'll be notified via email if any additional charges may occur.
In some cases we cannot accept back-orders. For instance: item is discontinued from the production, fashion/seasonal items also known as limited edition products. In this case out-of-stock item will be canceled and remaining part of your order will be shipped. We try to do our best to notify you in advance if items are discontinued from the production.
There are some items that need to be ordered in advance, you will see the special mark in the product description. Special-order items are not stocked in our warehouse. We confirm estimated shipping date on Special-Order items via email. Usually it takes about 4-6 weeks for Special order items to be shipped to cutomer.
